The hotel lacks a safety lock box in the room, which may be a concern for some guests.

This hotel on the main street of Isla Mujeres is a great find! The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It's a lively area with lots to see and do. The rooms are basic but comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I loved having a large terrace with a balcony to enjoy the views. The hotel is kept quite clean and the attention to detail is evident.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

The location was perfect! The hotel had a kitchenette with a small fridge to keep drinks cold. The staff, especially Stephanie, were helpful. Felt safe as a single female.
Felt like relaxing at home, no complaints whatsoever.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The triple room was spacious and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bathroom was large and spotless. The hotel's location on the main avenue was convenient as it was close to many restaurants and shops. Moreover, it was just a short walk away from the best beach in the area. We also appreciated the fact that the room was cleaned daily and the staff were friendly and helpful.
